QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ESTIMATOR

Working location: Podium Kuching

Qualification:
Drafter Candidates with relevant drafting certificates are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Quantity surveyor with a degree or postgraduate qualification in Quantity Surveying (QS) are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of ArchiCAD is preferred (for scheduling & drafting).
Strong understanding of the construction industry.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, communication skills, time management, and organizational abilities.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
