MAINTENANCE

Job Description: 
Daily upkeep and manage preventive maintenance in and around the building.
Troubleshot and rectify any technical issue such as electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, etc.
Manage and oversee the smooth operation workflow of building facilities.
Coordinate and ensure job completion with internal teams and external contractors
Requirement: 
STPM/Diploma in technical certificate or related field
At least 2 years’ experience in building maintenance would be an added advantage.
Highly disciplined, healthy, good communication skills, attention to detail, high enforcement skills and able to work in a team.
Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.-
