Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying or the construction industry.
Good knowledge of measurement, costing, tendering, and contract administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Job Scope – Quantity Surveyor
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
Carry out quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Monitor project costs and ensure projects remain within budget.
Prepare and evaluate progress claims, Variation Orders (VO), and final accounts.
Assist in contract administration and maintain accurate project cost records.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Attend site meetings and conduct site measurements when required.
Review drawings and specifications to identify cost implications.
Assist with procurement activities and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
