QUANTITY SURVEYOR

QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Miri, Sarawak 
Requirements:
A recognized Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
Good attitude and good communication skills
Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu, and English
Good computer knowledge (Proficient in MS Office, Project, Autocad, etc.)
Able to work under minimum supervision
Willing to learn
Possess a sound knowledge in construction of building works
At least 3 years work experience in the similar capacity (building projects) but fresh graduates are encouraged   to apply
Possess own vehicle
Willing to travel for site visits, meetings, and assessments
Job Description:
BQ preparation, calling for quotations and tenders
Prepare progress claims, progress reports, progress payment for subcontractors, variation orders, and final   accounts
Coordinate with the project team on progress
Carry out any other duties related to Quantity Surveying, commercial management, and project requirements   as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
