Core Responsibilities:
Act as the technical lead and subject matter expert for your respective discipline during the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
Review and approve EPCC contractor submittals, technical drawings, and engineering designs.
Monitor site progress, ensuring all works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Participate in and witness Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
Collaborate cross-functionally with other engineering disciplines to resolve technical clashes and optimize plant operability.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Chemical / Instrumentation) or equivalent.
Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in project engineering, preferably within heavy industry/ manufacturing
Must include a comprehensive list or portfolio of past projects within the CV, detailing the project scope, scale, and your specific roles and responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of EPCC project lifecycles and contract management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
