SALES DESIGNER - Kuching
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Meet clients to understand their needs, style preferences, and project budgets.
Design Proposals: Create floor plans, 3D drawings, and mood boards using design software.
Quotations: Prepare cost estimates, material selections, and formal project proposals.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar design tools.
Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, customer service, or retail design consultation.
Communication: Strong spoken and written communication skills to present ideas clearly.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in interior design or furniture sales.
