Full-Time Position
Location: Kuching
Job Descriptions:
General repair & maintenance works
Handle small repairs independently
Arrange subcontractors for bigger repair works
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors
Purchase hardware & materials
Help move and arrange household/office items
Pick up & deliver items when required
Assist with general house, property & office matters

Requirements:
Experience in construction / renovation / maintenance preferred
Basic handyman and repair knowledge
Able to arrange and deal with subcontractors
Possess a valid driving license.
Responsible, hardworking & trustworthy
Able to work independently , supervise workers and manage daily site tasks
