TECHNICIAN

TECHNICIAN (Based in Sejingkat Industrial Park, Kuching)
Qualification and Requirements:
SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) or equivalent technical qualification.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in building/facility maintenance.
Hands-on, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
Willing to perform maintenance work in a manufacturing environment.
Duties:
Perform preventive, breakdown, and daily maintenance on plant machinery, facilities, and support equipment.
Carry out fabrication, repair, and improvement works using appropriate tools, materials, and safe work practices.
Perform facility maintenance, hot work, work at height, carpentry, metalwork, and other authorised high-risk   activities.
Maintain good housekeeping and ensure workshop, tools, and work areas are clean and safe.
Report maintenance activities, defects, abnormalities, outstanding issues, and job progress to the superior.
Ensure compliance with FSSC, food safety, PPE, Permit-to-Work (PTW), LOTO, and site safety requirements.
