SITE ENGINEER/ SUPERVISOR

SITE ENGINEER/ SUPERVISOR (Kota Samarahan)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise all activities on site, including site progress, sub-contractors' performance, and   quality control.
Inspect and monitor site works to ensure compliance with contract specifications, construction drawings, and   standard policy.
Prepare daily site reports and site progress pictures, documenting daily work progress and any site issues for   reporting to the Project Manager.
Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
To maintain all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records in respect to daily work records.
To attend all site meetings and technical meetings as directed and when necessary.
Any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising landed residential projects. Experience in high-rise developments   will be an added advantage.
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Building/ Civil Engineering/ Construction or related discipline.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to converse and write proficiently in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Good problem solving skills/ including the ability to quickly resolve issues that arise during construction. 
Willing to work at odd hours when required & necessary.
Must possess own transport.
