FACTORY SUPERVISOR

FACTORY SUPERVISOR – Kuching

Minimum Education

SPM/SKM, Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, or related field is an advantage.

Working Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in precast concrete / IBS manufacturing / production and stockyard operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily factory operation activities.
Monitor production schedule and manpower allocation.
Ensure quality, productivity and safety compliance.
Coordinate with QAQC, Planning and Project Site teams.
Prepare daily operation reports.
