SITE SUPERVISOR (2-3 open positions) - Kuching / Gedong
QUALIFICATION :
Language(s) required: English/Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
Knowledge & experience in Housing site work coordination.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage the sub contractor activities
Liaise with manager and sub contractors to to ensure the installation works are developing as planned & tally   with drawing
Resolve on site issue
Verify work progress work done by M&E subcon

ENGINEER / QAQC OFFICER (CIVIL/STRUCTURAL/M&E/GENERAL) (Kuching / Gedong), 1-2 open positions; Degree in relevant engineering discipline; 2–5 years construction or engineering experience; Manage engineering works for ongoing projects 2. SAFETY OFFICER OR SAFETY SUPERVISOR (Kuching / Gedong), 1-2 open positions; passed Safety and Health Officer (SHO) examination at NIOSH; Inspect and rectifying any unsafe conditions and acts at the construction site 3. SITE SUPERVISOR (Kuching / Gedong), 2-3 open positions; Knowledge & experience in Housing site work coordination; Manage the sub contractor activities; Resolve on site issue 4. M&E COORDINATOR / SUPERVISOR (Kuching / Gedong), 1-2 open positions; Degree in mechanical / electrical engineering; Knowledge & experience in M & E site work coordination; Manage the on-site installation and commissions of all M&E activities Email Resume
