- Conduct taking-off material and prepare BQ
- Prepare progress claim & payment certificate to sub-contractors
- Manage the contract administration 
- Conduct regular site visit to evaluate sub-contractor workdone
- Candidate possess a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Autocad
- Attention to details and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
