MANUFACTURING & TECHNICAL ENGINEER

Job Requirements :-
Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
Minimum 10 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, with preference given to candidates with a background in mass production within the furniture or related industries.
Proficient in reading and interpreting CAD production technical drawings.
Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
Candidates with experience in Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, production processes, and mass production environments will be given priority consideration.
Strong coaching and teaching ability with a patient, hands-on approach. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Demonstrated leadership capability
A proactive problem-solving mindset. 
A strong drive for excellence in product quality and integrity.
