PROJECT MANAGER

PROJECT MANAGER – Kuching
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in building construction or property development.
Experience in high-rise, commercial, mixed-development or landed projects is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contract administration and site management.
Good leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with local authority requirements, statutory regulations and construction safety standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and relevant project management software.
Able to work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
