Minimum 10 years working experience
Competent in Sketchup, Lumion, 3D presentation 
Knowledge of building and construction technology
Able to work independently in execution of work
Able to work in a team
 

ADVERTISER (Architecture Firm) - 1. ARCHITECTS (Kuching), Bachelor/Master in Architecture, Minimum 5 years relevant architectural design experience, responsible and able to work independently. 2. ARCHITECTURAL INSPECTOR-OF-WORKS (Tanjung Manis/Oya), Minimum 15 years relevant experience, strong project coordination, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. 3.
