Job Description:
Lead and oversee site supervision as well as QA/QC activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with   approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor construction progress, maintain detailed site records, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Coordinate closely with the project team, consultants, and contractors during site inspections and technical   reviews.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and healthcare facility standards throughout all stages of construction.
Attend and actively participate in site meetings, technical discussions, and project coordination meetings.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in medium to high-rise building projects, preferably with exposure to   hospital or medical centre developments.
Experience in foundation and piling works, as well as structural (C&S) construction.
Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate and liaise effectively with   clients, consultants, and contractors.
Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of managing site activities independently.
Possess a valid driving license.
