BUILDING TECHNICIAN
Job Scope:-
Conduct building inspection as per work schedule
Repair works
Daily checking of electrical, water meter, drainage and leaking issues
Inspection for inter-floor leakage
Water meter reading (those not done water migration)
To follow and monitor works of external contractor if required
Preventive maintenance works
To attend to emergency maintenance works as and when necessary
To attend to complaints by units (assigned by BM/BE)
Assist the Joint Management Committee and building manager to carry out their duties

Minimum Requirements:-
Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/ or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good Interpersonal skills is a must.
Computer literate with strong written and oral communication  skills.
