Key Responsibilities
Project Planning: Define project scope, determine necessary resources, and create detailed schedules.
Financial Management: Draft detailed cost estimates, manage project budgets, and track ongoing expenses.
On-Site Supervision: Oversee daily site operations, delegate tasks to field workers, and manage subcontractors.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure build quality aligns with local building codes.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and client representatives to resolve design or timeline issues.
Contract Administration: Review contract documentation, manage bidding processes, and process change orders.
Required Hard & Soft Skills
Technical Literacy: Ability to accurately interpret blueprints, architectural designs, and technical schematics.
Project Management Software: Proficiency with industry tools like Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project.
Time Management: Expert scheduling capability to mitigate structural delays and manage supply logistics.
Communication & Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills required to manage labor crews and present updates to executives.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected site emergencies, weather delays, or material supply issues.
