SITE SUPERVISOR - Working location: Selangau
Job Summary:
The C&S Site Supervisor monitors day-to-day civil and structural operations on-site. Acting as a bridge between the 
engineering design team and the on-site labor force, this professional ensures structural integrity and strict compliance 
with safety frameworks. The role requires strong technical knowledge of structural concrete, steelwork, earthworks, 
and standard local building codes.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Supervision & Quality Control
Direct daily structural works including earthworks, piling, reinforced concrete (RC) structures, structural steel e  rection, and brickwork.
Verify that all works execution strictly adheres to the approved construction drawings, method statements, and   contract specifications.
Conduct routine inspections of incoming materials (e.g., concrete slump tests, rebar grading) to ensure only   approved materials are used.
Identify structural defects or non-conformance issues, reporting them immediately to the project engineer for   rectification.
Coordination & Stakeholder Liaison
Coordinate subcontractors and workers to maintain the target construction schedule and prevent trades from   overlapping or conflicting.
Liaise with external entities including resident engineers, architectural supervisors, M&E teams, and client   representatives.
Attend technical site meetings to clear design ambiguities and resolve structural implementation challenges.
