ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and   cash flow statements
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Conducting financial audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Providing financial advice and support to the management team
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Accounting role, preferably within the   Construction industry
Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and regulations
Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset
