QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Kuching
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field 
5 years experience in consultant, construction or related field
Relevant experience in cost estimation, tender preparation, and contract administration 
Able to prepare bills of quantities, progress claims, and variation orders 
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software 
Good analytical, negotiation, communication, and time-management skills
