PRODUCTION/PLANT EXECUTIVE - Kuching
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets;
Monitor manpower allocation, production efficiency, quality and machine utilization;
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
Coordinate with the Maintenance, Quality Control, Store and Purchasing Departments to ensure smooth production flow;
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports;
Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Production Management or related field;
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Environment and experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage;
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
Good knowledge of production planning, quality systems and manufacturing processes;
Strong leadership, written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills;
Able to work independently and under pressure to meet production deadlines;
Fresh graduates in relevant fields are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.
