AREA MANAGER

AREA MANAGER - Bintawa, Kuching
Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations   Management, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, distribution, logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Possess good planning and coordination skills to ensure smooth delivery and operational performance
Excellent communication, customer service and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel within the assigned areas (Kuching area)
Proficiency in English and Malay; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
Job Description:
Responsible for driving sales growth, managing delivery operations, maintaining excellent customer service   standards, optimizing route planning, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations within the assigned   area.
