INTERIOR DESIGNER / COORDINATOR - Kuching /Miri
Develop creative interior design concepts and space-planning solutions. 
Prepare mood boards, material selections, 2D drawings and 3D visualizations. 
Produce detailed construction and technical drawings. 
Meet clients to understand their needs, style and budget. 
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and consultants. 
Conduct site visits, measurements and progress inspections. 
Ensure projects meet design intent, timeline, budget and quality standards. 
Source furniture, lighting, finishes and materials. 
Manage design revisions and maintain proper project documentation. 
Assist with quotations, presentations and project handovers.
Own Vehicle

Requirements: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering software;
good communication, creativity, technical knowledge and attention to detail.
