Candidates should hold a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; 
Minimum 10 years and above working experience;
Strong knowledge in design and contract management;
Good personality and positive working attitude;
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively;
Excellent in planning, time management, and coordination with various internal and external parties.
