CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) - Kuching
We are a leading construction and precast manufacturer based in Kuching, Sarawak. We are currently seeking a 
dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function and provide strategic financial 
leadership to support the Company's growth and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Company's finance, accounting, taxation, budgeting, and reporting functions.
Provide strategic financial advice to the Board and senior management.
Ensure compliance with Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, regulators, advisors, and other external stakeholders.
Attend board meetings and various management meetings.
Strengthen internal controls and corporate governance practices.
Support corporate exercises and other strategic business initiatives where required.

Requirements:
Must satisfy the qualification requirements prescribed under the Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements for the 
    person primarily responsible for the financial management of a listed corporation.
Must be a fully registered Chartered Accountant - C.A.(M) under Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) with 
    good standing.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer/Financial Controller/Finance Director, or in a role 
    primarily responsible for the financial management of a listed corporation.
Strong knowledge of MFRS financial reporting, corporate governance, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experienced in IPO exercise is highly preferred.

Salary Range: RM16,000 – RM18,000
