OPERATION EXECUTIVE – KUCHING & BINTULU
Job Description:
Analyze financial statements, credit histories, and debt-to-income ratios to assess an applicant's ability to repay.
Explain loan products, interest rates, contract terms, and repayment schedules to clients.
Verify collateral/assets, and ensure all paperwork complies with local lending regulations.
Monitor repayment activities, track overdue accounts, and execute recovery or collection procedures when   necessary.
To have best practice in all related compliance and regulatory requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for borrowers, addressing questions and resolving loan-related issues. 
Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Strong ability to read and analyze credit reports and financial data.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to lending
At least 2 to 5 years of proven experience in consumer lending, banking, or related financial services.
Can work independently with less supervision.
Possess positive working attitude.
