CLERK-OF-WORK – Architecture (Based in Kuching / Samarahan – 1 Post, Based in Sebuyau – 1 Post, Based in Miri – 1 Post)
Kuching, Sebuyau, Miri
Position Overview
Fully support and advise all associated project team during their reconnaissance
Assisting the Head Office to vigilantly inspect on site development and
ensure that work in progress meets the required specifications and quality standards
Assisting the Head Office to prepare detailed and accurate documentation of all works and onsite activities
To assist in implementing site activities, site procedures and site instructions
To monitor, record and report progress on project daily.
Must have a Diploma in Building / Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Architecture) or equivalent
Possess CIDB Green Card
Good communication skills, assertive and conversant with drawings & specifications
Proficient in English, Microsoft Word and Excel
Possess driving license
Minimum 5 – 20 years of experience in related field is required for this position.
Candidate with knowledge in Architecture will be an added advantage.
