SHOWROOM SALES ADVISOR – Kuching
Job Descriptions
Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Present and explain product features, materials, and pricing clearly to customers.
Recommend furniture items based on customer needs, budget, and preferences.
Prepare monthly report, and coordinate with admin/logistics for delivery.
Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
Maintain the showroom’s cleanliness, display, and product arrangement.
Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions when required.
Perform any other related duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM qualifications above.
2 year of experience in sales, preferably in furniture or retail industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Pleasant personality with a positive and proactive attitude.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel).
Able to work weekends and public holidays (weekday off).
Fresh graduates who are confident and willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
Salary Package
Basic (RM1,800 above)
Commissions (Sales + Target) + Incentive + Allowance
EPF + SOCSO + EIS
Age 18 years–35 years
One day off per week
On-the-job training provided
