FACTORY SUPERVISOR - Demak, Kuching
Requirements 
SPM or Diploma or a relevant discipline
Typically 5 years and above experiences in supervisory or leadership role.
Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills 
Responsibilities
Plan, organize & execute production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and targets.
Supervise, train, and mentor production workers.
Enforce quality standards and ensure all products meet specifications.
Implement and promote safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure machinery is functioning correctly.
Maintain accurate production records and report performance to management.
