SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE/ACCOUNTANT

PLANT CUM QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER - Betong
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the premix plant, ensuring efficiency, product quality and compliance with   safety standards;
Supervise, motivate and lead plant personnel to achieve production targets and operational objectives;
Implement and manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) processes to ensure compliance with   industry standard and project specifications;
Monitor and control the quality and quantity of the incoming raw materials and finished products;
Coordinate production schedules and optimize resources utilization to meet project requirements;
Conduct regular inspections, testing and audits to maintain high-quality production standards;
•    Ensure all plant machinery, equipment and safety systems are properly maintained and operational;
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly production and work-in-progress (WIP) and output reports.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Material Engineering or equivalent;
Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in premix plant operations or management;
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
Strong knowledge of premix production processes, plant equipment and QAQC procedures and industry standards;
Proficient in preparing productions reports and operational documentation;
Excellent leadership and team management skills;
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
