
ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE / ACCOUNTS OFFICER
Requirement:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline with 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience, or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline with 1–4 years of relevant experience.
Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Experience in handling Full/Partial Set of Accounts independently will be an added advantage.
Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
Proficient in SQL Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of SST, e-Invoicing, tax computation, capital allowances and statutory compliance is an advantage.
Responsible, disciplined, meticulous and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Immediate availability or short notice is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Full or Partial Set of Accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and month-end closing.
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and supporting schedules.
Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals and cash flow monitoring.
Prepare payment vouchers, payment schedules and monitor customer collections.
Prepare SST returns, tax schedules and assist in tax computations.
Assist in budgeting, cash flow forecasting and financial analysis.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and relevant government authorities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by Management.
