QUANTITY SURVEYOR

QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Kuching
Prepare and analyses detailed cost estimates, budgets and valuations for construction projects
Prepare tender documents, tender report and contract documents
Prepare and submit variation order and progress claim
Monitor ongoing construction projects and ensure they are completed within the projected budget and schedule.
Collaborate with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors
Any other duties assigned by management
Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
