Qualification
Minimum SPM or related field
Experiences
Previous working experience in administration, reception or procurement is highly advantageous
Skills
Computer literate, with experience in Ms Excel & basic inventory or procurement software
Reception Duties
To complete purchase pre-planning (raw materials & spare parts) summary report
To issue procurement requisition form
To gain supplier’s quotation
To confirm all documents with forwarding agents
Language
Must be fluent in both oral and written in English & Malay. Have advantage if able in both oral & written in Mandarin Language
