HR Executive
Job Summary
The HR Executive oversees daily HR operations, manages the end-to-end recruitment process, processes monthly payroll, and maintains progressive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict alignment with the Sarawak Labour Ordinance.
Immigration & Passports: Handle documentation, approvals, and renewals for foreign worker quotas and expatriate work permits through Sarawak immigration.
Payroll Administration: Process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring timely submissions of statutory contributions like EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDCorp.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding local talent.
Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance evaluation cycles.
HR Administration: Maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee records, track leaves, and manage company insurance policies.
Job Requirements
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: Typically requires 6 years of hands-on HR experience.
Legal Knowledge: Deep, practical understanding of Malaysian labour laws and specific regional nuances of the Sarawak Labour Ordinance.
Language Skills: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Software Skills: Experience using Autocount Payroll Software.
