PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR - Kuching
Job Responsibilities: 
Manage and maintain project documentation and records.
Control issuance and distribution of construction drawings.
Update document status and submission records.
Prepare weekly and monthly document reports.
Ensure proper filing and archival of project documents.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2–3 years’ relevant experience.
Good reporting, documentation, and organizational skills.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

 

 

HARTANAH CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD - 1. PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR (Kuching), Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent; 2–3 years; manage and maintain project documentation and records.
2. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Kuching), Degree or Diploma in Accounting; minimum 3 years; handle full set of accounts and financial reporting.
3. ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (Kuching), Diploma in Accounting or equivalent; minimum 1 year; perform data entry for invoices, receipts, and payments.
