ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / ACCOUNT CLERK
Kenyalang Home Office, Kuching, Sarawak
Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting operations and maintain accurate accounting records.
Prepare and key in Payment Voucher (PV), Receipt Voucher (RV) and Journal Voucher (JV).
Check daily sales reports and collections.
Handle E-Invoice submission and accounting documentation.
Perform bank reconciliation and assist in monthly closing.
Prepare reports and maintain proper filing system.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree / LCCI in Accounting or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Account Clerk).
Candidates with relevant working experience are preferred (Account Executive).
Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting Software is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Employment Details
Full-Time Position
3 months probation
2-year employment contract upon confirmation
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Sunday & Public Holidays Off
Public Holidays follow the Kuching Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) calendar.
