SITE FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR

SITE FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR - Kuching
We are looking for an independent, self-driven team player to join our company as Site Foreman/Supervisor in 
Kuching area
Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineer or related field;
Minimum three (3) years of experience, preferably in construction of property development industry
Strong understanding of construction principles, techniques, and materials.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Must have own transport (CAR) and a valid motor car driving license.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Basic Mandarin is a must. 
With experience for projects through the full construction life cycle with multiple projects
Responsibilities:
Able to understand architectural, civil and structural drawings.
Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
Liase with contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Conduct quality assurance checks and address any issues or concerns that arise during construction.
Preparation of paperwork including daily site report.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
