Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
Handle filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
Maintain proper record-keeping and office supplies.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the lawyer.
Requirements:
Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Able to work independently.
Prior experience is an added advantage.
