TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE - MECHANICAL - Kuching
JOB DESCRIPTION
Development, implement and administration of mechanical engineering works.
Carry out implementation, scheduling management of processes involved in planed preventive maintenance as   per check list in quality manual.
Monitor and maintain system in the building such as Medical Gas system, Hot Water and Calorifier system,   Pneumatic System, Fire Fighting System. 
JOB REQUIREMENT
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equipment.
Holding a Competency on Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (HTM 02) Competent Personnel certificate is an added   advantage. 
Minimum 2 years working experience with Hospital/ Hotel/ Facility Management background is an added advantage
Good communication and teamwork skills.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT - CIVIL (Kuching), Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent, Minimum 2 years, Undertake installation, maintenance, and breakdown repair works 4. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Kuching), Certificate in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent, Minimum 2 years, Monitor and maintain all facilities in the building 5. INTERNSHIP (MECHANICAL ENGINEERING / BUILDING TECHNOLOGY) (Kuching), Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Building Technology or equivalent Email Resume
