KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier services.
Maintain proper filing systems, both hardcopy and electronic.
2. DOCUMENT CONTROL
Organize, update, and archive company records and documents.
Ensure all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
Track document submissions and approvals.
3. OFFICE COORDINATION
Manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
Coordinate office maintenance and service providers.
Arrange meeting rooms and office facilities when required.
4. COMMUNICATION & COORDINATION
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
5. DATA ENTRY & RECORD KEEPING
Enter and update information in company databases and systems.
Maintain employee, project, and vendor records.
