PROJECT SCHEDULER / PLANNER - Kuching

Requirements:
Minimum a recognized Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or construction related field
Good attitude and good communication skills
Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu, and English
Proficient in scheduling softwares (Primavera P6 and MS Project)
Able to work under minimum supervision
Willing to travel
Possess a sound knowledge in construction of building works
Familiar with working on government projects
Possess own transportation
At least 5 years work experience in the similar capacity

Job Description:
Develop master work programmes, and S curves in Primavera P6 or MS Project
Liaise with project team in all aspects relating to the development, monitoring and updating of work programme
Site visit to monitor progress of works
Identify and advice top management on delays and cost overruns risks
Analyse schedule variances and recommend corrective actions
Prepare progress reports as directed
Maintain accurate project planning documents and records
