
HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE - Kuching, Sarawak
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Prepare employment-related documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation, warning letters, and resignation/termination documentation.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
Process monthly attendance, leave administration, and payroll-related documentation.
Handle statutory matters including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HR compliance.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and company policies.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements is an advantage.
