MERCHANDISER - Kuching
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations, minimize excess inventory &   track merchandise.
Product Placement & Display: Building eye-catching displays, and promotional stands for product launches or   seasonal events.
Shelf Replenishment: Unpacking stock from the outlet store or delivery lorry to keep shelves full and neat. 
Stock Rotation (FIFO): Using the "First In, First Out" method to place newer items behind older inventory to   reduce waste and prevent product expiration. 
Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with store staff, buyers, and vendors.
Reporting: Logging daily inventory levels, damages, and consumer feedback, often taking photos of completed   displays to submit to headquarters.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Experience as a retail merchandiser.
Must possess a valid driving license and own reliable transport (car) to travel daily between assigned retail outlets.
Physically fit and capable of handling physical stock 
Good work ethic, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
