SITE SUPERVISOR

SITE SUPERVISOR - Kuching, Sarawak 
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
Plan and prioritize site tasks according to project schedules and requirements.
Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly site reports, including logistics coordination and material   requisition for ongoing projects.
Ensure proper documentation procedures are maintained, including Memos, Requests for Inspections 
RFI), and Requests for Information. 
Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety requirements and project specifications. 
Possess basic knowledge of local authority requirements and site compliance procedures.
Conduct basic site checking, including levelling, squareness, verticality, and architectural finishing   inspections. 
Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress and site matters
Requirements:-
SPM or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction site supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and other relevant construction tools.
