
CONVEYANCING CLERK - Kuching
Key Responsibilities
Prepare conveyancing documents for sub-sale, developer, and bank loan transactions.
Liaise with clients, banks, developers, government authorities, and other law firms.
Monitor and follow up on conveyancing files from commencement until completion.
Prepare and submit documents for stamping, registration, and adjudication.
Attend to clients' enquiries and provide regular updates on file progress.
Perform general administrative duties related to conveyancing matters.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years' experience in conveyancing.
Able to handle conveyancing files independently.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsible, meticulous and able to meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and a team player.
