PROCESS ENGINEER (Malihah Matang Kuching)
Job Responsibilities
Oversee plant operations, monitor key process parameters and troubleshoot operational issues to   ensure stable and efficient plant performance in line with operational targets.
Analyze plant performance data and optimize treatment processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs,   and enhance output quality.
Liaise with technology providers, consultants, and contractors for technical support and upgrades.
Ensure full compliance with Malaysian environmental regulations, including requirements from the   Department of Environment Malaysia and local authorities.
Manage manpower for operations, including staff competency & training.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out   effectively.
Enforce strict compliance with safety procedures and environmental standards.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning for plant operations.
Requirements
Possess Degree in Chemical / Environmental/Civil Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 3 years’ working experience in related field. 
Familiar with Mass & Energy Balance.
Self-driven, proactive and able to perform with minimal supervision.
Leadership, communication and report-writing skills. 
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both oral and written. Able to converse in Mandarin will be an   added advantage.
