SITE ENGINEER (Male)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate, supervise and monitor daily field-testing activities (e.g., Field Density Test, Mackintosh Probe, Field california Bearing Ratio Test etc.) at project sites.
Lead, organize and carry out Pile Driving Analyzer (PDA), Pile Integrity Testing (PIT) and Maintained Load Test (MLT).
Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and relevant authorities on field testing activities.
To ensure timely delivery of accurate and reliable testing data and reports.
Train and guide technicians to improve technical competency and accuracy of work.
Promote teamwork and maintain a safe, healthy and productive working environment at workplace.
Implement and ensure execution of MS ISO Quality Management System (QMS).
Perform any other duties and tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Minimum Requirement and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in materials, field and pile testing will have an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Specialized training in PDA & PIT will be provided to the successful candidate before they are assigned to perform these tests independently.
Good leadership, supervisory and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Possess a valid Class D driving license.
Willing to travel, work outstation, and work overtime when required.
