PRODUCT QUALITY ASSISTANT
Based at Demak Laut, Kuching, Sarawak.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform pre-operational checks before production commencement.
Inspect product quality, weight, appearance, packaging, labeling, and coding against established specifications.
Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished products.
Routine checks on personnel hygiene, and operational practices within the production area.
Maintain accurate QC records, inspection reports, checklists, and production documentation.
Identify, report, and follow up on product quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances.
Support investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Key Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience food manufacturing environment as an advantage.
Experience in manufacturing, food production, or quality control will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of GMP, Halal or related food safety systems.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
