OPERATION CLERK - Kuching, Sarawak
Requirements:
Minimum in Certificate, Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Good command of English. Mandarin/ Chinese is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Able to work overtime when required.
High level of accuracy, problem solving skills, ability to multitask and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, monitor and follow up on shipping documents to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
Manage and maintain company insurance policies and related documentation.
Maintain accurate stock card records and inventory updates.
Organize and maintain proper filing of operational documents.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on operational matters.
Assist with daily operational and administrative duties.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior / Management from time to time.
Additional information:
Training and guidance will be provided.
Able to start work immediately is preferred.
